Why did this book not take off? It's fantastic and no one can turn a phrase like Farber. These cautions should be so obvious but we're all guilty of  them. And he hits just the right ones and his back up stories are  priceless!! Right on the money. Only half way through but hope I never  finish. Each misstep to be avoided is contained on no more than 2 pages.  Again, grab this book!!!
